Check-in time: 02: 00 p.m.
Check-out time: 12:00 at noon.
Requesting for early check-in or late check-out depend on hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel, additional fees will be applied as below:
In case of early check-in:

• Before 06:00 a.m.: surcharge 100% room rate (including breakfast).
• From 06:00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.: surcharge 50% the room rate (no breakfast).

In case of late check-out:

• Before 03:00 p.m.: surcharge 30% room rate.
• From 03:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.: surcharge 50% room rate.
• After 06:00 p.m.: surcharge 100% room rate.

Please bring your ID card or passport and give it for Receptionist when check-in.

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation before 15 days with the arrival date (except Friday, Saturday, Public Holidays).
• Any cancellation received within 15 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay (except Friday, Saturday, Public Holiday).
• Bookings on Weekend (Friday and Saturday) or Public Holidays are non- refundable.

Children and Extra Bed Policies

• Children 0 - 5 years old stay for free if using existing bed, maximum 02 children/room.
• Children 5 - 10 years old/over 1m tall will pay for breakfast ticket: VND 80,000/child/day and share room with parents.
• In case there are 02 children under 10 years old/ over 1m tall will pay for 01 extra bed.
• Children over 11 years old are considered as adult.
• Extra bed fee:
  • Low season: VND 400,000/person/night
  • High Season: VND 450,000/person/night
  • Public Holiday: 500,000 VND/person/night
